   Welcome to Madewell Products Corporation. We are manufacturers of corrosion resistant 100% solids protective coatings and concrete restoration products. Some of our most popular products include:
  • Mainstay Composite Liner. This system consists of a restoration mortar and high build epoxy topcoats. The Mainstay Composite Liner is used to quickly restore and protect deteriorated concrete and brick structures such as manholes, lift stations and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Application Equipment.  We manufacture a complete line of application equipment to mix, pump and spray restoration mortars and high build 100% solids corrosion barrier coatings.
  • Madewell Aquarium Lining Systems. Our systems have been used to provide corrosion protection and waterproofing throughout the the United States and Canada. Clients include the newly-completed Georgia Aquarium, the newly-expanded National Aquarium in Baltimore, and the Chattanooga Aquarium.
  • Madewell Permaseal System. Permaseal provides protection for floors which are damp or exhibit unacceptable moisture vapor transmission. The unparalleled resistance to water vapor transmission and superior adhesion of the Permaseal System virtually eliminates water vapor transmission.

New Equipment Offering


Madewell Products is proud to introduce the PortaMortar application machine.  Not all structures have easy access.  The Madewell PortaMortar machine mixes, pumps and sprays high build restoration mortar and 100% solids epoxy coatings in difficult to reach areas.  Using the hydraulic power available on most skid steer loaders, the Madewell PortaMortar will go anywhere the loader can go - without the need for an additional power source.  Click here to see the new web page.
